Hey guys, welcome back. Today we're doing a 15 minute intense total core workout.
So for today's workout you need no equipment, just yourself, a little bit of space and something soft
beneath you. We have two sets of seven different exercises and each of the exercises are going to
be in one minute intervals with no rest in between except for one 30 second rest at the end of our
first set. So this is going to be intense as we aren't taking any breaks. I want you guys to push
yourselves, do as much as you can. If you do need to take a few 10 second rests here and there that's
totally okay. This can be something that you can work up to. Other than that I think that's all
you guys need to know. Make sure that you can see your screen so you can follow along with me and
