Greetings and welcome to Naked in the Kitchen. I am your host, Ginger Pear Tart, the hairiest
woman on earth, not to brag. And today we're going to be making a bit of a side dish for
my Thanksgiving dinner. Happy Thanksgiving! Oh my god, today is Thanksgiving in the United
States, which means it's time to cook up a bunch of delicious food. So this Thanksgiving
I'm actually going to be doing just a tofurkey. I'm just going to show you my main dish. I'm
not going to make it. But like, yeah, I got me a tofurkey in here. One of these bad boys.
This is going to be my main course. And I'm also making instant mashed potatoes. But what
I'm making for you to watch today is acorn squash. Let me show you. It's one of these,
kind of the shape and size of an acorn. And they're really delicious when you roast them.
So we're going to put the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Let's get that up. Let's get that
going. And I probably should mention I've got a bit of a foot injury. Yes, I broke my
foot a few weeks ago. And so that's why I haven't been making new videos. The videos,
if you've seen recent videos, they were actually recorded a while back. But yeah, I'm going
to try to make a video with this foot cast on, even though it's a little annoying. But
