So this year, we're inviting three top editors and you,

our fans, to train along with us.

Hi, I'm Amanda Junker with Shape****.

Hi, I'm Nora Crotty, and I write for Fashionista****.

Hi, I'm Hannah Weil, and I'm an editor with Fit Sugar.

Justin and I are going to show what

we call the jet set workout.

Things that you can do on your own,

at home, in a hotel, anywhere.

Something that you can feel comfortable

doing in 10 to 15 minutes.

It's not too difficult, but at the same time,

gives you a full body workout.

All right, we're going to warm up nice and controlled.

We're going to warm up the hips, and we're going

to work ourselves down to the ground.

All right, so you're going to keep your foot out to the side.

Facing the--

Facing, and we're going to start with the hip first.

And you're just going to do a nice little circle.

Tap forward and back.

One of the cool things about doing a jet set workout

is you need no equipment.

You need just some time and your own little space.

And awesome.

All right, feet here.

We're going to put our toe in front.

We're going to work the front of the thigh,

and you're just going to do nice little lifts.
