It doesn't require any special equipment, only your energy and will
I'll use a jumping rope for convenience
You'll also understand why
It gonna be simple jumps but in different variations
We gonna combine different jumps for 16 variations
First we jump with hand lifting for 16 times
Then we jump with rope, about the rope, with double jump
20 times
Then we jump like this, changing the leg
Also 20 times
Then we jump with the knee, go up
Also 20 times
Ok, let's start

And we finish!
Do it at least 3-4 sessions
