This is a how to video on how to customize the interface of DazStudio to make it more comfortable to use. I go over how to change and save the color scheme to one's liking. As well as to create custom tools and icons to speed up workflow for repeated actions. This saves a lot of time instead of hunting through your library looking for a specific action to do.

Doug Shepard here. Making this video is kind of not the standard one that I would make. I'll just
bring in somebody naked so we have somebody naked. Hold on. Grab a click out of that. This
is kind of a how-to. So anyone that's used Daz or if you're installing Daz from the beginning,
you're not really going to have the look of what all I have up here. So I wanted to make this to
kind of show how some of this is done. Like the style, you don't have this at the beginning. This
is a custom style. So normally you're going to have called dark side. That's what you normally
have. It's a gray part of the UI and you can't change the background. I actually just figured
this out literally about 30 seconds ago. This background that you see is not part of the actual
style. So when you want to create a style, you will customize the style and you go through here
and see different things that you want to customize. So we have the base, which is the
background color. The background is this stuff in here. It's not the actual viewport. The viewport
itself is this. So if we change that to black and we accept that, the background changes to black.
But if we save that as a style, we save style as, it doesn't actually save the background as,
the viewport as part of it. So we can actually change styles. Like I have, I call it dark,
