Now ever since I had my radiation treatment, my lower back and hips have been really kind of sore.

And I don't know if that's just the radiation or if it's just because my abdominals are getting weak.

Or if it's just from all the work I've been doing to get my legs back to being stronger.

But you know, it's not a comfortable feeling so I just kind of keep moving through the pauses and it does help.

I'm going to come down.

Up and up.

And then slowly up.

And this is a good one to stretch out underneath your shoulder blades.

I want you to come up with the arms and I want you to just walk over to the left side.

Stretch, get a nice stretch through the side of the head.

And then we're going to do the same thing, just open your hips up a little bit

and come between them

and then walk over

This gets you a little bit deeper stretch through the side and through the imbibis

Now if you find this pulling on your knee, you can try to come up a little bit

You can also just bring your legs in a little bit more

You can also put a pillow under yourself if you need to
