like a tablet the timer something on your iPhone or Android but here we go
I'm gonna show you some exercises um from all different directions basic

grab it with an okay with an okay grip like this you can grab by the clothes if
you grab close to the best you can get more pull you can pull more on the legs
if you grab it more by the head you actually grab more by the skin which is
